This week we had visitors from Ukraine "Оствиця" Ostvycha Historical Reconstruction Park in Rivne. Their visit was planned under the European Union's Culture Moves Europe project several years ago, but the ongoing war in Ukraine made it difficult for the delegation to arrive smoothly.

During the visit, we introduced the guests to the archaeological site of Kernavė, its museum exhibitions, collections, education and the activities of the Administration of the State Cultural Reserve of Kernavė, sharing best practices and major challenges. Together, we visited other capital cities - Trakai and Vilnius - and toured their museums. We also got to know a bit about their own reconstruction park, which we promised to visit in person.
